Hi, I’m Tessa Townsend! I’m originally from Dalton, Georgia, and my path has taken me from playing college volleyball at Chattanooga State to earning my Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Marketing at the University of Tampa. My move to Tampa was a fresh start that pushed me out of my comfort zone and opened the door to new experiences, friendships, and opportunities.
During my time at UTampa, I became involved in Kappa Alpha Theta, Global Ambassadors, and the American Marketing Association, all of which strengthened my leadership, communication, and community-building skills. I also had the chance to study abroad, which gave me a broader global perspective and a deeper appreciation for cultural connections.
I’m now continuing my journey at Colorado State University Pueblo as a Marketing Graduate Assistant while pursuing my MBA. Outside of work and school, I love staying active, baking, drawing, and exploring new places with friends. Every step has brought something new, and I’m excited for what comes next!

Taking responsibility for my actions is important to me. If I make a mistake, I own it and work to make things right, always learning from the experience.

I think everyone deserves to feel valued and heard. I make an effort to understand other people's perspectives and treat them with the dignity they deserve.

I believe small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Whether it's offering a helping hand or simply listening, I aim to bring positivity into my interactions with others.

Being truthful is essential to building strong relationships. I strive to be open and transparent in my words and actions, even when it's difficult, because I value trust.
